How it works

1 - Apply to Become a Sperm Donor Your journey begins with a simple online application. You'll share some basic information about yourself: your background, health history, and lifestyle so we can confirm you meet the initial donor requirements. Once we've reviewed your application, we'll reach out with a warm welcome and the next steps.

2 - Complete the Intake Process This is our chance to get to know the real you. The intake includes a friendly interview, a photo review, and a few questions about your family health history and personal background. Together, we'll build a genuine, well-rounded profile that helps intended parents connect with who you are.

3 - Matching with the Intended Parents Once your profile is complete, it's shared confidentially and anonymously with intended parents searching for their donor. When a match is made, you'll move forward by signing an agreement with Eggvise and scheduling a medical screening and psychological evaluation through the fertility clinic both fully covered, with our team supporting you every step of the way.

Share Who You Are Your profile is more than a medical record: it's an introduction. Sharing your interests, values, and personality helps intended parents feel a genuine connection as they choose the donor who feels right for their family.

Reflect Your Commitment Donating is a meaningful decision, and your profile is a chance to show the care behind it. A thoughtful, well-considered profile reassures intended parents that you understand the importance of the journey you're part of.

Be Thorough and Transparent Provide complete information about your health, education, and personal background, along with clear, approachable photos. Honesty and detail give intended parents the confidence to make one of the most important decisions of their lives.
