Must legally reside in the U.S. (citizen, permanent resident, or asylum status) and live in a surrogacy-friendly state.
Financial Stability
No reliance on government assistance; stable income.
Emotional Readiness
Strong support system and willing to undergo psychological evaluation.
Reproductive Health
No pregnancy complications; willing to follow medical protocols.
