Surrogates must be between the ages of 21–42 years old.

Parenting Experience

At least one full-term, uncomplicated pregnancy and delivery.

Health

Good physical and mental health; healthy BMI below 32.

Lifestyle

Non-smoker, no substance use, and stable home environment.

Legal

Must legally reside in the U.S. (citizen, permanent resident, or asylum status) and live in a surrogacy-friendly state.

Financial Stability

No reliance on government assistance; stable income.

Emotional Readiness

Strong support system and willing to undergo psychological evaluation.

Reproductive Health

No pregnancy complications; willing to follow medical protocols.
